Ono, commonly known as wahoo, is a close relative of the king mackerel. Unlike true mackerel, ono rarely school, but groups can be found around fish aggregation buoys. Move to end pan oven for 4 to 5 minutes.
Fish is done when the Ono flakes easily.
Press on fresh lemon and serve hot.

Do you want a light and tasty salads that your guests will produce a refreshing summer season, and thick sweet shrimp from our own local waters is fair? This recipe actually aired on the Food Network in November 2006, but with such a wonderful blend of warm weather favorites Florida, it is sure to impress your friends and collect any time a hit on each terrace.
For the shrimp marinade:
1 / 4 cup grapeseed oil
2 tablespoons Spanish-style smoked paprika
1Tablespoon finely grated orange rind
1 tablespoon coarsely cracked black pepper

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
12 extra-large shrimp (U-12), peeled and divided
For the Citrus Vinaigrette:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 / 4 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
1 / 4 cup grapeseed oil
1 / 4 cup olive oil
For the salad:
Coarse salt
1 tablespoon extra-virginOlive
4 cups loosely packed torn, soft lettuce, such as red oak and lolla rossa
1 / 4 cup finely diced red onion
1 mango, peeled, cored and diced
Haas 1 avocado (or Florida avocado), peeled, cored and diced
Freshly ground black pepper
Make the marinade:
Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl. Reserve 2 teaspoons of the marinade. Add the shrimp, you take on the marinade and refrigerate for at least 3 and up to 6Hours.
Make the vinaigrette:
In a large bowl the lime juice, mustard, seasoning, and whisk together reserved marinade. While whisking, drizzle in the oils to form a smooth vinaigrette. Set aside.
Make the salad:
Please remove the shrimp from the marinade, scrape off excess marinade from the shrimp.
Season the shrimp, to taste, with salt. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook, turning once, untilcooked just through, about 1 1 / 2 minutes per side. Remove the pan from the stove to take.
In a bowl, throw together the onion, mango and avocado. Dress lightly with some of the vinaigrette. With salt and pepper to taste.
Season In another bowl, throw some light on the salad with the vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
Mound the salad in the middle of a bowl and surround with shrimp. Spoon some of the dressing over the shrimp and serve. (Reserve remainingVinaigrette for another use.)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Directions
In a small bowl, dissolve the sugar in the hot water. Press the grated ginger through a fine sieve set over the bowl, releasing the juice.

This cute flowerpot cakes are fun for the whole family, plus they make a good alternative to regular cakes spring parties. These cakes are very portable, so you can "bake and take" to make your picnics,Tail gating assemblies, or Bar-B-question.
Are you ready for some 'dirt'?
Flowerpot Cakes
Ingredients:
Aluminum foil
6 6-ounce capacity terra cotta flower pots thoroughly washed and dried (they must be unglazed terracotta untreated!)
Cake:
1 lb. package Oreo cookies
1 box chocolate cake mix (prepare batter as) to lodge
Dark chocolate
Flowers: 18 to 24 lollipops with solid sticks, assortedColors
Small package of gum drops cut in 1 / 8 to 1 / 4 "slices for petals
Simple frosting (icing sugar added to water to paste)
Arches, gummy worms, or other decorations as desired
Directions: Line bottom of pans with aluminum foil.
Slightly grease inside of pots.
Prepare cake: dough as directed on cake mix box.
Pour batter into pans. Do not fill the top of pot. Bake cake mix according to box directions.
Process Oreo Cookiesin the food processor to resemble dirt.
After cakes are cool, with a small layer of chocolate on the cake.
Sprinkle cookie crumbs in the icing to make "dirt".
Flowers:

Dutch Oven Sugar Cookies ½ cup butter, softened ½ tsp. Salt 1 cup sugar 2 tsp. Baking powder 1 egg 2 cups flour ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
Combine butter and sugar. Stir well. Mix in egg and vanilla.Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop onto a greased pan, aluminum. Place on an inverted pie tin to keep from burning. Bake for 6 or 7 min. Dutch oven should be about 400 degrees.
Dutch Oven Chocolate Chip Cookies 2 1 / 2 cups flour 1 tsp. 1 teaspoon baking powder. Salt 1 cup shortening 1 cup sugar 3 / 4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla sugar 2 eggs, 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Cream shortening, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.Add eggs. Mix until fluffy. Add the flour mixture a little at a time. Stir in chocolate chips. Line the bottom of Dutch oven with foil. Press cookie dough firmly into the ground. Place coals on both the top and bottom of the oven. Approx. Bake 30 minutes. Lift the cookie with the help of the foil lining. Let cool and cut into pieces.
Fruit Cobbler 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 large can fruit cocktail cinnamon butter
Pour fruit cocktail in bottom of Dutch oven.Without moving, spread the cake mix over the fruit cocktail. Season to taste with cinnamon and a few pieces of butter. Again, do not move. Cover and bake the cobbler until the top is lightly browned. Approx. 30-40 min. You can use any fruit or canned pie filling for variety. If you fill cake, use 2 cans.
S'mores 1 chocolate bar of your choice, or chocolate wafers 2 or more marshmallows 2 Graham Cracker
Toast your marshmallows on the front or coal. Breaka piece of chocolate or a couple of chocolate wafers on the biscuit. Now, the marshmallow sandwich between chocolate bars and graham crackers or wafers.
