Good hot wings can fill me. It is not just for the game on television or as a supplement to the TV anymore. Give me some potato salad or something, and I can make a meal out of them! This recipe is a hybrid of that I have a series of recipes I found online. It makes a delicious wings, and it is not hard to do!
12 "and 8" Dutch Oven

* Approx. 2 dozen chicken wings, thawed.
* Oil, for frying
* 1 cup butter
* 1-2 tbsp flour
*1 cup vinegar
* 2-4 tablespoons pureed chipotle chiles in adobo (to taste)
* 2-4 tablespoons chili powder (to taste)
* 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 2-4 tablespoons honey
* Juice of one lime
* 3 cloves garlic, chives
* Fresh chopped coriander
Cut and separate the wings. With a 12 "oven, fry them in 1 / 4" Oil at 18-20 coals, turning once.
In making an 8 "oven for 8-10 carbons, melt the butter. Flour to make aongoing Roux. Add remaining ingredients, let simmer.
Remove chicken, discard the oil and wipe clean the dutch oven. Mix the chicken and the sauce. Is the chicken on the 12 Dutch Oven. "Cover the oven, but prop the lid open so that moisture to escape. Put 20 carbon bottom and 20 coals on the dutch oven. Bake the chicken in the sauce as a glaze. Turn the chicken once, and rebaste with sauce. If the sauce is cooked and the chicken looks crispy, () approximately 30 minutes, it isdone!
Serve it with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch or blue cheese dressing!
